Drag the stars until no lines cross
About
Untangle is a race against your own clock. A constellation of stars is joined by glowing lines, and some of those lines cross. Drag the stars until none do. Your score is your time, and each hint adds 10 seconds to it.
The levels never run out. Level 1 has six stars and nine lines. About every third level adds a star, every tenth level is a big one, and by level 60 you are sorting out 30 stars at once. Level 40 is the same level 40 for everyone, so you can put your time next to a friend's.
The sky climbs with you: night, blue hour, dawn, sunrise, and from level 31 full daylight. The game saves your level as you play, so you can come back and carry on where you stopped.
How to play
- Drag any star to a new spot.
- Bright red lines are crossing. Move stars until they all fade.
- Stars cannot rest on top of each other.
- Use Undo to take back a move.
- Tap Hint if you are stuck. It adds 10 seconds to your time.
Tips
- Grab the star in the most crossings first. Moving it often clears three or four lines in one go.
- Undo is free, hints are not. Each hint costs 10 seconds, so try a few moves before you ask for one.
- Stuck? A hint rings the star that crosses the most lines. It does not show where the star goes. That part is yours.
- Levels 15, 25, 35 and so on have fewer stars than the levels around them: your best chance to post a fast time.
